Returns

1. We gladly accept merchandise returns within 14 days of receipt and items in original condition.

2. Return shipping/postage cost will be born by you.

3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original package.

4. Refund request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.

Malaysia Orders

1. Free shipping within Malaysia.

2. Item will be delivered within 10 days of despatch inside Malaysia.

3. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by courier arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.

4. Despatch will be within 3 days of your order date.

International Orders

1. International orders will be delivered within a period of 3-4 weeks of despatch.

2. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.

3. Despatch will be within 3 days of your order date.

4. Please check the international shipping rates at the check out as this depends on the final total weight of the order.

5. To make the best out of it we recommend ordering at least 4-5 pieces.
